Certified child passenger saftey technicians perform free car seat safety checks the third Thursday of every month. Car seats are available for a reduced fee. Co-sponsored by Fostoria Community Hospital and the Fostoria Kiwanis Club. It is free and open to the public. Appointments are preferred.
